Brother Managers

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea seabound on two sides is rich in fish resources.
So, fishery stations often have competitions to catch more fish and thus contribute to the people’s diet. In the course, an unusual story about brother managers was woven.
On November 16, 2016, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un called at a fishery station which had been built into a model and standard of fishery stations of Korea in the east coastal area.
He asked the manager of the station about fishing results.
Listening to an answer of the manager, he laughed a hearty laugh, saying; It is great. These days, I get a report on the fishing results from this station every evening. It relieves me of my fatigue pent-up for a day.
The fishing results of this station are the highest. You should take the lead all the time in the future, too.

Kim Jong Un provided modern fishing boats to the fishery stations and named them "Tanphung" in the meaning that they should bring about a big haul of fish in the sea as well like the rich autumn.
As he was so concerned to provide the people with more fish, he looked forward to the evening when the fishing results were reported.
That day, looking with an air of satisfaction at quite a lot of fish in the outdoor unloading place with fish in piles, he said that since a lot of fish was caught all across the East Sea recently, people in the west coastal area eat a lot of fish as well and that there was fish at an islet defense detachment, too, he had inspected some time before.
The fishery station directly under the detachment also seems to catch a lot of fish, he said and added that he would visit it for sure.
At that time, an accompanying official pointed to the manager nearby, saying his younger brother is active as manager of the fishery station under the detachment. The official added with a smile that they are brothers but they make no concession in the competition between their fishery stations.
Kim Jong Un heard with pleasure that the brother managers make no concession in the competition and encouraged the manager by saying that he should go ahead of his younger brother with higher results.
They were harmonious in life but so competitive in work. Therefore, a funny story was made about them that they kept secret about fishing ground to beat each other in fishing.
Later, Kim Jong Un made much of those brothers reliably defending the fishery sector directly related to the people's living and highly appreciated them whenever opportunities permitted.
He believes and loves those who do their jobs wonderfully, so that they can follow the patriotic road to the end.
The brother managers get big hauls of fish today, too.
