Eleventh Meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee for Cooperation in
Trade, Economy, Science and Technology between the Democratic People's
Republic of Korea and the Russian Federation took place in Pyongyang on the 19th.
It was attended by Yun Jong Ho, Minister of External Economic Relations who is Chairman of the DPRK Side to the Intergovernmental Committee, officials concerned, members of the government delegation of the Russian Federation led by Alexandr Kozlov, Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology who is Chairman of the Russian Side to the Intergovernmental Committee, and Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the DPRK.
The meeting reviewed the implementation of the protocol of the tenth meeting held last year and discussed in detail the issues for many-sided bilateral cooperation in various fields including power, agriculture, science and technology, education, public health and tourism.
