National photo exhibition opens
The national photo exhibition "The Area of Wihwa Island in the Northwestern Part of the Country Completely Changed in the Great Kim Jong Un Era" opened in the capital city of Pyongyang to show the transformation in the area of Wihwa Island built as a characteristic base of regional development and a symbol of innovative development under the wise leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Its opening ceremony was held at the Okryu Exhibition House on June 29.
Present there were Vice-Premier Jon Sung Guk, officials concerned and working people in the city. A speech was made.
After the ceremony, the participants looked round the venue of the exhibition.
Seen at the venue of the exhibition are photos showing the immortal revolutionary exploits of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who turned the area of Wihwa Island in North Phyongan Province, once hit by natural disaster, into a wonderland of happiness where the people's dreams and ideals come true.
