Agreement on exchange and cooperation between Pyongyang Municipal Committee of WPK and Moscow City Branch of All-Russian Party "United Russia" signed
Present at the signing ceremony on the DPRK side were members of the delegation of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the WPK headed by its Secretary Ri Myong Chol and the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to Russia and on the Russian side Pyotr Tolstoy, Secretary of the Moscow City Branch of the All-Russian Party "United Russia", and members concerned.
Secretaries Ri Myong Chol and Pyotr Tolstoy signed the agreement.
