I Haven't Seen You for Ages

  1. 영준동무, 이게 얼마만입니까?
     Yong-jun-dong-mu-i-ge-ol-ma-ma-nim-ni-kka?
     (Yong Jun, long time no see.)
  2. 정말 오래간만입니다.
     Jong-mal-o-rae-gan-ma-nim-ni-da.
     (I haven't seen you for a long time.)
  1. 우리가 마지막으로 만났을 때가 2년전이였지요?
     U-ri-ga-ma-ji-ma-gu-ro-man-na-ssul-ttae-ga-i-nyon-jo-ni-yot-ji-yo?
     (We met each other for the last time two years ago, didn't we?)
  2. 예, 벌써 그렇게 되였습니다. 그동안 어떻게 지냈습니까?
     Ye-bol-sso-gu-ro-khe-doe-yot-sum-ni-da. Ku-dong-an-o-tto-khe-ji-naet-sum-ni-kka?
     (Yes, we did. How have you been all these days?)
  1. 전 여전합니다. 그런데 그동안 어디에 계셨습니까?
     Jon-yo-jon-ham-ni-da. Ku-ron-de-gu-dong-an-o-di-e-gye-syot-sum-ni-kka?
     (The same as usual. By the way, where have you been these days?)
  2. 연구사업때문에 강원도에 가있었습니다.
     Yon-gu-sa-op-ttae-mu-ne-kang-won-do-e-ga-i-sot-sum-ni-da.
     (I've been in Kangwon Province for my research work.)
  1. 일이 잘되였습니까?
     I-ri-jal-doe-yot-sum-ni-kka?
     (Did your work go well?)
  2. 예. 성과가 컸습니다.
     Ye-song-gwa-ga-khot-sum-ni-da.
     (Yes, very successful.)

     Chu-kha-ham-ni-da.
     (Congratulations!)
  2. 고맙습니다.
     Ko-map-sum-ni-da.
