Regional-industry factories inaugurated in Hwangju County
An inaugural ceremony of regional-industry factories in Hwangju County for the "Regional Development 20×10 Policy" was
held in North Hwanghae Province on the 16th.
It was attended by leading officials of the Party, government and armed forces organs, members of the Party central leadership body in the city of Pyongyang, chief secretaries of the provincial Party committees, officials and working people in North Hwanghae Province and Hwangju County and service personnel of the construction units.
Ri Il Hwan, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, made an inaugural address.
He said Hwangju County also greeted the great event of completing the project and holding the inauguration ceremony in the year when the groundbreaking ceremony was held. He stressed that the modern regional-industry factories are a precious crystallization of the original idea and devotion of ComradeKim Jong Un who opens up an era of epoch-making changes of providing the regional people with a happy new life with his ardent love for the people, profound speculation and energetic leadership.
The comprehensive change of the regions is a sacred task for the entire Party members and builders, the speaker said and ardently called on all to wage a vigorous struggle for the historic cause of regional change led by the greatKim Jong Un .

After the ceremony, the leading officials of the Party, government and armed forces organs looked round the factories together with other participants.
The people in Hwangju County were very pleased to see different kinds of basic foodstuffs, confectionery, daily necessities and garments produced at the modern regional-industry factories with trademarks of their county such as "Kindungbol" and "Hwangjuchon".
That evening, fireworks were set off in celebration of the inauguration of the regional-industry factories.
