Cement production increases
  Workers of the Sangwon Cement Complex are vigorously advancing in the van of the all-people struggle for attaining the new long-term goal presented by the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.
  The high cement production plan was successfully carried out in August, too, thanks to their patriotic devotion for increased production.
  The complex is working out a detailed plan for boosting the productivity based on concrete command while directing primary efforts to increasing the enthusiasm of the producer-masses.
