Evening gala and torchlight procession of youths and students held
An evening gala and torchlight procession of youths and students "Following the Party Central Committee" took place at Kim Il Sung Square in the capital city of Pyongyang on the evening of April 30.
The rostrum was taken by Kim Jae Ryong and Ri Il Hwan, Members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and Secretaries of the Party Central Committee, Ju Chang Il, Member of the Political Bureau and Secretary of the Central Committee of the WPK, Kim Song Gi, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK and Director of the General Political Bureau of the Korean People's Army, officials of the Central Committee of the youth league and exemplary officials and members of the youth league.
The auditorium was taken by the participants in the 11th Congress of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, youths and students in the city of Pyongyang, members of the congratulatory group of the Korean Youth League in Japan, the congratulatory group of the Association of Young Korean Nationals in China and the home-visiting group of students in their final year at the Korea University under the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan.
Fireworks were set off and young people danced celebrating the successful congress of the youth league.
The torchlight procession started.
Amid the playing of solemn melody of the revolutionary paean "Ode to GeneralKim Jong Un ", the torchlight procession carrying the name of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un entered the square.
The procession fully demonstrated the valiant spirit of young vanguard to advance along the road of Juche under the leadership of the great WPK.
