DPRK SPA Standing Committee issues Decision No. 361
The decision said the Standing Committee of the SPA of the DPRK shall organize the Central Election Committee for the Elections of Deputies to the 15th SPA with Kim Hyong Sik as its chairman, Jon Kyong Chol as its vice-chairman, Ko Kil Son as its secretary general and Jang Chang Hyok and nine others as its members.
