Greetings to respected Comrade Kim Jong Un from President of United Russia Party
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a message of greetings from Medvedev, President of the United Russia Party, on December 20.
The message extended the heartfelt congratulations to Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the coming new year.
It said this year drawing to a close was a year which consolidated the invariable development of relations between the Russian Federation and the DPRK on the level of comprehensive strategic partnership, and continued:
The Russian delegation's visit paid to take part in the celebrations of the 80th founding anniversary of the WPK in October this year and the warm hospitality given to it in the DPRK left indelible impressions.
I remember with warm feelings the fruitful meeting with Comrade Kim Jong Un during my visit. I hope that the many-sided mutual cooperation between the two countries including that between the United Russia Party and the WPK would continue to expand while providing new possibilities to realize reciprocal initiatives and undertakings of common concern for the well-being of the peoples of the two countries.
The message wished Kim Jong Un good health and fresh successes and the DPRK citizens happiness and prosperity.
