Officials of Party, government, working people's organizations and ministries visit Lao embassy
Officials of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Cabinet of the DPRK, working people's organizations and ministries visited the embassy of Laos in the DPRK on the 6th on the occasion of the demise of Khamtay Siphandone, former Chairman of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
Present on the occasion were Kim Song Nam, Director of the International Department of the Central Committee of the WPK, Pak Sang Gil, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs, and officials concerned.
A wreath was laid before the photo of Khamtay Siphandone in the joint name of the Central Committee of the WPK, the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK and the Cabinet of the DPRK.
Also placed were the wreaths in the name of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of External Economic Relations, the Pyongyang Municipal People's Committee, the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League and the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea.
