DPRK Minister of State Security speaks at international meeting
The meeting brought together more than 120 delegations from over 100 countries and international organizations including the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
A plenary meeting was held on the 28th under the theme; "Establishment of Equal and Inseparable Security Structure: Challenges and Possibilities of the Southern and Eastern States of the World". Ri Chang Dae, Minister of State Security of the DPRK, made a speech.
He said the fundamental principles of the international relations recognized worldwide are openly ignored and the security environment of the world seriously destroyed due to the arbitrary and high-handed practices of specified forces on the international arena, and continued:
Clear is the stand of the DPRK against the hegemonic and confrontational policy of the United States and its satellite states. We will never connive at any hostile acts threatening the sovereignty and dignity of the state and the security of the people but cope with them through our just struggle and powerful strength.
The DPRK will develop good-neighbourly and friendly relations with all countries aspiring after justice and independence under the banner of independence, peace and friendship and discharge its responsible mission to build an equal multipolar world and ensure the global peace and security, he asserted.
