Senior Party and government officials visit Kumsusan Palace of Sun
Senior officials of the Party and the government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun and paid homage to the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il on the 16th on the occasion of the 83rd birth anniversary of Kim Jong Il .
The visitors included Pak Thae Song, Jo Yong Won and Choe Ryong Hae, Members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and other senior officials of the Party and the government, officials of the Party Central Committee, leading officials of the ministries and national agencies and officials of the armed forces organs.
Floral baskets were placed before the full-length statues of the great leaders in the name of the Central Committee of the WPK, and the State Affairs Commission, the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly and the Cabinet of the DPRK.
The visitors paid noble respects to the great leaders, looking up to their full-length statues.
They paid a tribute to the great leaders with humblest reverence in the halls of immortality where they are laid in state.
