Talks held between Vice-Minister of Public Security of DPRK and Vice-Minister of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation



Talks between Ri Song Chol, Vice-Minister of Public Security of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and Vitali Shulika, Vice-Minister of Internal Affairs on a visit to the DPRK as the head of the delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, took place in Pyongyang on the 28th.
Present there from the DPRK side were officials of the Ministry of Public Security and from the opposite side, members of the delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and staff members of the Russian embassy in the DPRK.
The talks discussed issues on expanding and developing exchanges and cooperation between the security organizations of the two countries.
