True feature of socialist country shown by WPK's noble outlook on people

A new legend was produced by the ardent sincerity of the motherly Workers' Party of Korea which regards it as its most sacred and important duty to take care of the destiny of all people in this country with responsibility.
Flood victims of North Phyongan, Jagang and Ryanggang provinces came to Pyongyang under the warm love of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un. They expressed their heartfelt gratitude while staying in the capital city to move the whole country.
The marvellous reality, the first of its kind in the history of our country, represents the true feature of our socialist country shown by the noble outlook on the people of the Party Central Committee which makes all the state affairs run through with the people-first principle; it is a manifestation of the infinite pride of the dignified and happy people who are confident of their destiny and future in the warm bosom of the greatest Party in the world.
The 130 days spent by the flood victims in Pyongyang under the utmost care of the Party and state were the days and months of love brought by the devoted efforts of Kim Jong Un who regards it as the most crucial undertaking that brooks no delay to relieve the people of their pains and misfortunes at an early date, and the significant days which redoubled the faith of all people that their leader, Party and socialist system are the best.
What fills the hearts of the people in the afflicted areas is the fervent desire to repay the great favour generation after generation by devoting their loyalty and patriotic enthusiasm to turn their completely changed hometowns more beautifully into places with high grain yields good to live in, keeping all their lives the glory and happiness brought by the painstaking efforts of the great father Kim Jong Un.
