That day, he said to officials: It is necessary to create natural grass fields in vacant lots and plant trees here and there in a bundled way to make woodland. Landscape gardening should be variously created in the green area in the way of planting some fir trees and some white birches at a distance. If ginkgo trees of faggot type are planted densely in vacant lots, it will be good to see leaves tinged yellow falling in the green area in autumn.
