At the ceremony, he said a perfect county hospital was built and added with great pleasure that the hospital, which completely reversed the existing conception of a regional hospital, was exemplary in the course of its construction and it would be a good example of development of regional public health in the course of its operation as well.
And he hoped that the medical workers, who would work in such wonderful hospital, would always treat the patients with the concern and affection of blood relationship and protect their health with high medical art. He also wished all the people in Kangdong County good health and happiness.
