As an Important Work Directly Connected with the Future of the Country
These days, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea attaches the greatest importance to education and regards it as its goal to build a state with the most developed education.
On November 4, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un gave field guidance to the School Things Factory and the
School Fixtures Factory under construction.
Official An Song Suk at the Ministry of Education said that Kim Jong Un acquainted himself in detail with the progress of the project while going round the construction sites of the School Things Factory and the
School Fixtures Factory, and continued:
"That day, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un stressed that the construction of the School Things
Factory, the School Fixtures Factory and the Educational Apparatus Factory which the Party attaches importance to is of great significance in consolidating the material foundation of the educational field of the country and improving the educational conditions and environment.
He presented tasks and ways to develop education at plenary meetings of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea alone. And he ensured that the issue on adopting some measures to consolidate the educational foundation of the country was discussed as a major agenda item at the Eleventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Party Central Committee held in late December last year.
Saying at the plenary meeting that the state should definitely solve the issue of school things and fixtures and educational apparatuses with full responsibility and provide the educators and
students with the best conditions for work and study, he indicated the
practical ways to put the educational foundations of the country onto a
new high at the shortest time.
According to his instructions, the construction of the School Things
Factory, the School Fixtures Factory and the Educational Apparatus Factory has been able to progress apace this year."
Kim Jong Un stressed that the School Things Factory, the School Fixtures Factory and the Educational Apparatus Factory should be flawless in all aspects of construction and equipment installation as well as the production and living environments as they are the key factories aimed to meet the demand of the whole country, and clarified the detailed tasks for it.
Official Pang Tong Un at the Ministry of Education said Kim Jong Un saw the samples of school fixtures to be supplied to all schools across the country that day, and continued:
"Looking at the samples of school fixtures, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un emphasized the importance of establishing a system of
supplying raw and other materials in a long-term and scientific way to fully
satisfy proper standard, demand and quality according to schools, ages, figures
and varieties and took relevant measures for it."
Kim Jong Un regards it as an important work directly connected with the future of the country to strengthen the material foundation of the educational sector and improve the educational conditions and environment, and leads it energetically.
Under his wise leadership, the educational foundation of the DPRK is further strengthened and its education is developing day after day.
