On March 15, 2024 when the commissioning ceremony of the Kangdong General Greenhouse Farm was held, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was satisfied looking round different styles of greenhouses including the cylindrical greenhouse for vegetable cultivation into which advanced technical devices were introduced.
In order to provide the capital citizens with tasty and highly nutritious vegetables of different kinds he had unfolded a blueprint for building a large-scale greenhouse in the Kangdong area and broken ground first to signal the start of the project.
He sent even the materials on latest agricultural science and technology suitable for putting the greenhouse vegetable production on an intensive basis and guided more than 300 miniatures and over 3,280 technical blueprints including a master plan for construction and a bird's-eye view.
Thanks to his efforts, a large-scale greenhouse farm could be built, which is progressive in putting the greenhouse vegetable production on an intelligent and intensive footing and definitely ensures modernity, cultural level and practicality.
It is a long-cherished desire of Kim Jong Un to build a greater number of model entities greatly conducive to the improvement of the people's diet and provide them to the people.
