To Produce Even One Ton of Fertilizer More
The workers of the complex are producing more fertilizer than planned and sending it to the countryside every day with the consciousness that they can make a contribution to the increased production of grain per hectare when they supply fertilizer to the farms in time.
Officials of the complex have found a key to the growth of production in strengthening its own technical forces and further enhance the role of the skilled workers.
Workshop Head Rim Chol Su says:
"In order to strengthen our own technical forces we encouraged the highly skilled workers to help the employees with low skills enhance their technical knowledge and skills.
In the course, we could produce more than 10 pieces of accessories, once imported, by our own efforts."
Since the technical knowledge and skills of workers have been improved, the officials of the complex organize a detailed work to carry out the plan of supplying fertilizer for farming ahead of schedule and put efforts into the technical management and the management of equipment, raising the actual output ratio in every production process to the maximum.
They find themselves at the production site every day to get a rational way for raising the production efficiency even one percent. And the machine operators are devoting their strenuous efforts to the whole production processes so as to produce even one ton of fertilizer more.
