61st National Art Festival of Schoolchildren opens
The festival will be held, divided into categories of vocal solo, chorus, instrumental solo, solo dance and group dance.
Its opening ceremony was held at the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace on the 27th. It was attended by officials concerned and schoolchildren.
