Official delegation of Russian Federation lays wreath at Liberation Tower
  The official delegation of the Russian Federation led by Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin on a visit to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to take part in the inaugural ceremony of the Memorial Museum of Combat Feats at the Overseas Military Operations laid a wreath at the Liberation Tower in Pyongyang on the 25th.
  Present at the wreath-laying ceremony were Jo Yong Won, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Vice-Minister Kim Jong Gyu and other officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vladimir Topekha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy in the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy.
  Guards of honour of the Korean People's Army lined up at the Liberation Tower.
  The national anthems of the Russian Federation and the DPRK were played.
  Amid the playing of wreath-laying music, a wreath was placed before the Liberation Tower in the name of the Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
  The visitors observed a moment's silence in memory of the martyrs of the Soviet Army who devoted their precious lives to the sacred war for Korea's liberation, and listened to an explanation about the tower.
