6th Confectionery Sculpture Exhibition held
Presented to the exhibition were more than 900 confectionery sculptures made by public catering and external service units and foodstuff factories in the city.
Chefs and skilled workers of those units presented to the exhibition confectionery sculptures of diverse themes conducive to diversifying the cultural and emotional life of the people.
Demonstrations of chefs and explanations about the confectionery sculpture techniques made the exhibition conspicuous.
The results of exhibition were announced and diplomas, medals and certificates awarded to the excellent units and individuals at the exhibition.
