The message reads:
Dear comrade,
I send sincere congratulations to you for your reelection as President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic at the First Session of the Tenth National Assembly of Laos.
Your reelection as President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic is an expression of the deep trust and full support of the Lao party, government and people to you who have made responsible and devoted efforts to carry out the two strategic tasks for national defence and state development.
Expressing the belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between our two parties and two countries would continue to be intensified and developed in the spirit of the agreement made at our meeting in Pyongyang in October last year, I wish you good health and greater successes in your work.
