Talks held between Vice-FMs of DPRK and Russia
Talks between Kim Jong Gyu, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and Andrei Rudenko, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, were held in Pyongyang on the 15th.
Present at the talks from the DPRK side were officials of the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK and from the opposite side, members of the delegation of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Russian ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the DPRK.
At the talks, both sides discussed in detail the practical ways to actively promote the bilateral exchanges and cooperation and strengthen the mutual support and collaboration on the international arena according to the agreements made at the historic DPRK-Russia summit meeting in June 2024 and the spirit of the treaty on comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, and reached a consensus of views.
