20th inaugural ceremony of regional-industry factories held in Kim Hyong Jik County
The first year's task for the "Regional Development 20×10 Policy" outlined by the Workers' Party of Korea has been successfully completed with the inauguration of regional-industry factories in Kim Hyong Jik County
of Ryanggang Province.

It was attended by officials and working people in Ryanggang Province andKim Hyong Jik County and soldier-builders.

He said in excitement that regional-industry factories were inaugurated one after another across the country to witness the 20th auspicious ceremony inKim Hyong Jik County and that it is a result of the policy based on the lofty ideal and tireless devotion of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un .
