Greetings to Vietnamese PM
The message said that since the establishment of the diplomatic relations, the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries have been further solidified in the joint struggle for socialism and they were developed onto a new high stage thanks to the historic Hanoi Summit Meeting held in March 2019.
It expressed the conviction that the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries with a 75-year-long history would be further expanded and developed in all fields including the economy and culture this year, the "Year of Friendship".
