People move into new houses at Singwang Farm
  Wonderful modern houses have been built at the Singwang Farm under the Kaesong Municipal Rural Economy Committee.
  The farm has been face-lifted thanks to the devoted efforts of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is making great painstaking efforts to change the countryside into a socialist utopia of the people, giving pleasure to the agricultural workers.
  A meeting was held with the attendance of Kim Yong Gyu, Chief Secretary of the Kaesong Municipal Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials of the Party and government organs, builders and agricultural workers in Kaephung District. The meeting heard a congratulatory speech.
  Then permits for the use of houses were conveyed and speeches made.
  Farmers moved into new houses and officials visited their houses to congratulate them.
