Yoon Suk Yeol and his clan denounced for attempted provocation of war
The statement said the drones concerned belong to the "Drone Operation Command" which was established as a unit under the direct control of the Defence Ministry last year and is commanded and overseen by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and continued:
This notwithstanding, the Defence Minister and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff say they did not know the use of the drones and cannot confirm it. It is a lie and can no longer work.
It is clear that the drone infiltration into Pyongyang, in particular, an attempt to provoke a war, was instructed by Yoon Suk Yeol through the Defence Ministry in a bid to escape from the worst ruling crisis he faces owing to all kinds of maladministration and irregularities and corruption, the statement said and demanded the Defence Minister and Yoon Suk Yeol step down as they staked the lives and security of the people on the dangerous act of provocation.
Moreover, the United States which seizes the "right to control wartime operations" of the Republic of Korea should bear the responsibility for the recent drone infiltration, a war provocation, and keep the latter from all the hostile acts, the statement stressed.
