Strong Root
It is the plan of the Workers' Party of Korea to build our country into an educational power, a talent power, prospering and making a leap forward by dint of education at an early date.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the WPK, always pays deep attention to education.
The following happened when he visited the remodelled Pyongyang Teachers Training College.
Looking round its different places that day, he emphasized the duty of teachers training college, Lecturer Ri Song Yon at the Korean Revolution Museum said and continued:
"The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that of the teacher-training institutions, the duty of teachers training college is more important than that of university of education and that the success in education of the kindergarten and primary school children depends on how the students are educated at teachers training college.
He also said that it is necessary to train the primary and middle school teachers well because the foundations of man's world outlook and intellectual faculty are laid in the primary school days and the framework of world outlook is formed and the general elementary knowledge of nature and society is acquired in the middle school days."

That day, Comrade Kim Jong Un noted that our Party attaches great importance to teachers training college and hoped that the kindergarten and school teachers trained there would become strong root and foundation for education of the rising generations.
He added that sound fruit can be borne when the root is strong and that the teachers should become strong root to bear sound fruit.

As said above, Comrade Kim Jong Un gave detailed instructions for the educators to train the rising generations as reliable pillars to shoulder the future of the country though he was so busy with the state affairs.
His meaningful instructions of the day represented his ardent wish for the entire educators across the country to fulfil their responsibility and duty in their work.
