Guiding the short course, Comrade Kim Jong Un gave precious instructions that would serve as guidelines in the work of the chief secretaries of the city and county Party committees, Lecturer Kim Hyang Bok at the Korean Revolution Museum said and continued:
  "The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un said the chief secretaries of the city and county Party committees should definitely convert the struggle for regional development into an undertaking of the masses themselves by conducting the work with officials, Party members and the masses skilfully with a sense of responsibility higher than ever before.
  He stressed that they should persistently open up the road ahead and vigorously lead the development of the cities and counties by actively applying the good experiences introduced in the short course to their work, always attach importance to the public sentiment and make their work be appraised by the people."
  The instructions of Comrade Kim Jong Un reflect his noble idea that the officials should do all work according to the intention and demand of the people.
  It is his unchangeable creed that though a colossal sum of money was spent to do a piece of work, it cannot be recognized by the people if it fails to proudly answer these questions; Do the people show interest in it? Are they pleased with it? And do they really benefit from it?
