Newly-Built Clinic

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the city of Samjiyon in November 2021.

That day, he dropped in at Paektusanmilyong-dong whose construction was nearing completion.
In the area, there had been wonderfully built tens of apartment houses for over 150 families and many public buildings preserving national identity, modernity and characteristics of the northern highlands.
Looking at the bird's-eye view of the master plan of Paektusanmilyong-dong with pleasure, Comrade Kim Jong Un asked officials all of a sudden why a clinic was not seen there.
The officials could not answer readily.
At that time, only a pharmacy had been planned to be built in the area of Paektusanmilyong-dong, Lecturer Kim Un Hye at the Korean Revolution Museum said and continued:
"When an official reported the fact to him, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said it's not right if there is only a pharmacy without clinic in Paektusanmilyong-dong, adding it is unreasonable that there's no clinic in the dong.
After a while, he looked around at the officials and said clinics should be built well in dongs and villages and hospitals in big dongs and villages if necessary. And he gave instructions on building a new clinic in Paektusanmilyong-dong."
As a result, a new clinic was built in the area of Paektusanmilyong-dong thanks to the meticulous love of Comrade Kim Jong Un who was so concerned not to make the people suffer from any shortcomings, though he had had the cultured mountainous city built at the northern end of the country.
