Driving a Tractor

One day in August 2023, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Kumsong Tractor Factory despite the sultry weather of midsummer.
Looking round different places of the factory for a long time, he paid the greatest concern to the performance and quality of tractors.

He came out of the production site and stopped in front of the tractors standing in a row.
Looking at them for a while, Comrade Kim Jong Un said he'd like to try out one of them, Doctor Pak Il Yong, Section Chief of the Academy of Social Sciences, said and continued:
"When he visited the factory in 2017, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un drove a tractor to learn about its performance and technical specifications and gave precious instructions.
That day, too, he got on a tractor and drove it for a while.
Then, he got off the tractor and said that the gearbox and steering gear were much smoother and more comfortable than before. And he talked in detail about the merits and demerits of the tractor ranging from the height of the brake pedal and the position of the accelerator pedal to the strength of the spring under the driver's seat."

As said above, Comrade Kim Jong Un drove tractors to be used by agricultural workers so as to check their performance and convenience.
He attaches great importance to the development of the country's machine-building industry and the comprehensive mechanization of the rural economy and makes painstaking efforts for its realization.
