state visit to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, laid a wreath
at the Liberation Tower on June 19.

State Affairs of the DPRK, came to the Liberation Tower to greet
Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
The guard of honour of the Korean People's Army lined up at the tower.
The national anthems of the Russian Federation and the DPRK were played.
A wreath in the name of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin was laid before the tower amid the playing of the wreath-laying music.
