The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, visited the offshore farm under construction in the Phungo-dong area in the city of Sinpho of South Hamgyong Province to learn about the progress of the project and the preparations for the creation, management and operation of the aquicultural ground.
