Grand parade of militia for celebrating 75th anniversary of DPRK held
  A grand parade of the militia for celebrating the 75th founding anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea took place at Kim Il Sung Square in the capital city of Pyongyang on September 8.
  Masters of air sports showed a peculiar group nose-diving stunt in the night sky of the capital and flew down with the large blue and red national flag, adding to the festive mood.
  Planes made a formation depicting the figure "75" for flight setting off fireworks.
  There was a ceremony of the general military band.
  Guards of honour of the Korean People's Army showed adroit and smart skill with arms.
  Parading columns of the militia entered the square.
  The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was present at the parade of the militia for celebrating the 75th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
  When he showed up at the rostrum amid the playing of the welcome music, all the participants raised stormy cheers.
  Kim Jong Un warmly acknowledged the enthusiastic cheers of the paraders and other participants in the celebrations.
  The rostrum was taken by Kim Tok Hun, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and Vice-President of the State Affairs Commission and Premier of the Cabinet of the DPRK, and other senior officials of the Party and the government.
  Marshals of the KPA Ri Pyong Chol and Pak Jong Chon and commanding personnel of the military took the special seats of the rostrum together with the respected Kim Jong Un and his daughter.
  Pretty children presented fragrant bouquets to Kim Jong Un and the senior officials of the Party and the government.
  The rostrum was also taken by old cadres who had long worked at the Party and government organs.
  Invited to the celebrations were the members of the party and government delegation of the People's Republic of China led by Vice-Premier of the State Council Liu Guozhong and the Academic Ensemble of the Russian Army Named after Alexandrov on a visit to the DPRK to celebrate its 75th founding anniversary, and Chinese and Russian diplomatic representatives in the DPRK.
  The reserved seats were taken by the participants in the celebrations of the 75th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
  A solemn ceremony was held to hoist the national flag of the DPRK.
  All the participants paid the noblest respects to the national flag of the DPRK.
  Fireworks were let off and the square was wrapped in emotion.
  A twenty-one-gun salute was fired along with the playing of the song "The Glorious Motherland".
  Then, there was a preliminary inspection of the parade.
  O Il Jong, Department Director of the Central Committee of the WPK, inspected the parading units that were standing for the preliminary inspection of the parade of the militia for celebrating the 75th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
  He courteously reported to Kim Jong Un that the parade of the militia for celebrating the 75th founding anniversary of the DPRK was ready.
  A grand parading march of the militia started.
  Standing in the van of the parading ranks was the column of the Division of Party Members in the Capital City, a powerful force of the WPK, which fully demonstrated the might of special detachment at the sites of campaigns for defending the people.
  The column of the Pyongyang City Worker-Peasant Red Guards marched through the square, which was followed by the columns of the Worker-Peasant Red Guards in North and South Phyongan Provinces, North and South Hwanghae Provinces, Jagang Province, Kangwon Province, North and South Hamgyong Provinces, Ryanggang Province and municipalities directly under the central authority.
  Entering the square were the columns of the Worker-Peasant Red Guards of Kim Il Sung University and Kim Chaek University of Technology, those of the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex and the Namhung Youth Chemical Complex and those in major industrial sector.
  The columns of the Worker-Peasant Red Guards of the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill and the Wonhwa Farm in Phyongwon County and other parading columns passed by the rostrum.
  The column of the Worker-Peasant Red Guards of the State Academy of Sciences was followed by those of the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports and the Ministry of Public Health and the column of the Young Red Guards.
  The mechanized columns of the Worker-Peasant Red Guards started to advance.
  The motorcycle column passed through the square, which was followed by the anti-tank missile, anti-aircraft gun and camouflaged multiple launch rocket system columns hauled by tractors.
  After the parade was over, the fireworks and balloons of celebration covered the sky and enthusiastic cheers shook the square.
  Kim Jong Un warmly acknowledged the stormy cheers of the masses.
