He said the Pukjung Machine Complex is entrusted with an important mission nobody can substitute in developing the shipbuilding industry of the country and strengthening the naval force, and put forward a revolutionary policy for the complex to usher in a new era of the shipbuilding industry.
He was convinced that a plenary meeting of the Party Central Committee would, in the future, present an important line on the modernization of the Pukjung Machine Complex and the orientation of developing the shipbuilding industry of the country. He expressed the great expectation and belief that the Party members and other workers of the complex would accept the new crucial decision of the Party Central Committee representing the important demand of the Korean revolution with their heart and respond to it unconditionally with high enthusiasm for struggle.
He expressed satisfaction over the technical modernization of the factory and presented an orientation on the creation of additional production capacity.
He emphasized the importance of the position and role of the factory in strengthening the armed forces and expressed the great expectation and belief that the workers of the factory would keep the intense loyalty to the Party and the revolution as well as patriotism and support the Party's policy on development of national defence with their ability and action.
