The painting shows new houses for farmers built in all parts of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea where a new history of socialist rural rejuvenation has opened. Its composition is peculiar with magpies building their nest in the centre and new rural houses in the background.
  The work was highly estimated at the national fine art exhibition held to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War in Juche 112(2023).
