The press statement reads:
Today, I was reported that leaflets and things sent by the scum of the Republic of Korea were found again near the border and some interior areas of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
Similar reports came from the Party organizations at all levels, the military and public organizations on the morning of the 14th.
According to the reports, dirty litter was found in Jangphung County of North Hwanghae Province and other 17 places adjacent to it.
At present, the units of the Korean People's Army at all levels, the Worker-Peasant Red Guards, public security and security organs near the border are making an extensive search, burning up the discovered litter according to the regulations on the disposal of enemy materials and coping with another possible discovery.
The scum of the Republic of Korea does not stop such crude and dirty act despite our repeated warning.
As we have already warned, the scum engrossed in such act will face stronger criticism of the people in the Republic of Korea.
We have fully introduced our counteraction policy in such situation.
Those in the Republic of Korea will be weary with embarrassing work and they ought to be ready for paying dearly for such dirty act.
