Greetings to respected Comrade Kim Jong Un from Chairman of CC, Communist Party of Russian Federation
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the DPRK, received a message of greetings from Zhuganov, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, on the 10th.
The message extended heartfelt congratulations to Comrade Kim Jong Un in the name of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation on the occasion of the 81st founding anniversary of the WPK.
It said the glorious course covered by the WPK is inseparably linked with the name of the extraordinary state activists, and continued:
Comrade Kim Il Sung, the founder of the Party and the state, rallied the people for the struggle against the colonialists and imperialists. Comrade Kim Jong Il led the DPRK to a new victory even in the complicated environment while constantly strengthening the national defence and economy.
The WPK is confidently applying the line on the overall development based on self-reliance under the wise leadership of Comrade Kim Jong Un. The remarkable successes achieved in the strengthening of defence capabilities and the development of the economy, science and education clearly prove the validity of the line chosen by the Party in the state building and of its leading role.
The Communist Party of the Russian Federation pays noble tribute to heroism of the Korean soldiers who displayed their matchless self-sacrificing spirit, resolution and bravery in the struggle to liberate Kursk Region from the Neo-Nazis. The combatants of the Korean People's Army honourably carried forward the tradition of militant comradeship between the Soviet Union and the DPRK which got firm through flames and by blood in the harsh trials.
I believe that the cooperation between the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and the WPK would be expanded in all directions in the spirit of the comprehensive strategic partnership in the future, too, the message said and wished Comrade Kim Jong Un good health and fresh success in his state activities and the DPRK people happiness and well-being.
