  In the letter President Putin congratulated the inauguration of the Memorial Museum of Combat Feats at the Overseas Military Operations in Pyongyang on the occasion of the first anniversary of the liberation of Kursk and said the officers and men of the Korean People's Army demonstrated the undying glory by displaying their extraordinary bravery and genuine self-sacrificing spirit while fighting shoulder to shoulder with the Russian comrades-in-arms and their unparalleled feats will be kept in the hearts of the all the Russian citizens forever. And he expressed his heartfelt thanks and paid noble respects to the participants in the operation for liberating Kursk and the fallen heroes.
