Russian Minister of Defence arrives in Pyongyang


Andrei Beloussov, Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, and his party arrived in Pyongyang on the 26th to take part in the inaugural ceremony of the Memorial Museum of Combat Feats at the Overseas Military Operations at the invitation of the Supreme People's Assembly and the Ministry of National Defence of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
The national flags of the DPRK and the Russian Federation were fluttering at the flagpoles of the Pyongyang International Airport and guards of honour of the Korean People's Army were standing at the apron before its terminal.
The Russian Minister of Defence and his party were greeted by Minister of National Defence of the DPRK No Kwang Chol, Vice-Foreign Minister Kim Jong Gyu, and Defence Attache Alexei Bartusov and other staff members of the Russian embassy in the DPRK.
