City and county sci-tech festival under way
Songchon County of South Phyongan Province organized workshops for the festival several times and induced all units in the county to take part in it so that the festival serves as an important occasion for regional development.
The city of Hamhung in South Hamgyong Province set a proper standard for all units in the region to present sci-tech proposals and is improving the exhibiting styles, thus boosting the practical effects of the festival. Kangso and Hanggu districts in the city of Nampho are turning the festival into the springboard giving another impetus to the scientific and technological work of the region.
