The floral basket in the name of Kim Jong Un was handed over to the Chairman of the Commission for External Affairs of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party by the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to the Lao People's Democratic Republic on the 9th.
