11th Meeting of Int'l Kim Il Sung Prize Council and 2nd Meeting of Int'l Kim Jong Il Prize Council held
The Eleventh Meeting of the International Kim Il Sung Prize Council and the Second Meeting of the International Kim Jong Il Prize Council were held in Pyongyang on the 11th.
Present there were Secretary General Mukesh Sharma and directors of the InternationalKim Il Sung Prize Council and the International Kim Jong Il Prize Council and Kim Un Je, Vice-Chairman of the Korean Association of Social Scientists.
The meeting reviewed the work of the councils in the past, presented the orientation of future activities and by-elected some directors.
It discussed and decided on awarding the InternationalKim Jong Il Prize to the personages who have rendered distinguished services to the cause of global independence on the occasion of the 85th birth anniversary of the great leader Kim Jong Il .
