Greetings to respected Comrade Kim Jong Un from Lao President

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the DPRK, received a message of greetings from Thongloun Sisoulith, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, on the 7th on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the WPK.
The message said it is a pride and pleasure that over the past 80 years the DPRK and the fraternal Korean people have made extensive and great achievements in firmly defending the gains of the revolution, safeguarding the political stability, strengthening the national defence and security, developing the economy in a sustainable way, improving the people's living stage by stage under the dynamic and powerful leadership of the WPK and at the same time, in enhancing the role and influence of the DPRK on the regional and international arenas.
It expressed the firm belief that the Korean people would make greater new successes in accomplishing the cause of safeguarding the state and constantly strengthening and developing it under the wise leadership of the WPK headed by General Secretary Kim Jong Un, the successor to the great Juche idea.
It hoped that the long and traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two parties, two states and peoples of the two countries provided by the respected President Kim Il Sung and President Kaysone Phomvihane would continue to be expanded and developed by the leaderships and peoples of the two countries and thus bring interests to the two peoples and contribute to peace and stability of the region and the rest of the world and to the development of the cooperative relations.
The message wished Kim Jong Un good health, happiness and success in accomplishing the noble cause.
