  The message said.
  I, on behalf of the government and people of the DPRK and on my own behalf, express deep condolences to you and, through you, to your government and people, bereaved families and victims at the unexpected sad news that the passenger plane crash in Amur Region claimed tens of people.
  Now the Korean people are sharing misfortune and woe with the fraternal Russian people.
  Feeling sorrow together with the families that lost their close relatives and friends, I hope they would recover form their mental wound as soon as possible.
  I sincerely wish that the Russian government and people would overcome the pain of loss and restore peace and stability at an early date under your leadership.
