We believe that the current congress would be a significant meeting of advancing strategy and tactics and tasks of struggle of your party to cope with the present situation, demonstrating the unity and might of the party once again and promoting unity and democratic development of the Russian society.
The Central Committee of the WPK expresses the expectation that the good relations of friendship and cooperation between our two parties would be further intensified in the future in conformity with the atmosphere of many-sided progress of the relations of the states of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Russia developed into the invincible relations of alliance, and wishes for great success in the work of party congress, the message added.
