DPRK players win gold medals at 2025 U-17 and U-23 Asian Wrestling Championships
The championships brought together excellent male and female wrestlers from over 20 countries and regions including the DPRK, Uzbekistan and India.
Kim Kwang Hyon, Kim Ji Hyang and An Jin Ju beat all their rivals respectively in the freestyle 57-kilogram event and the women's 53-kilogram and 57-kilogram events of the U-23 wrestling on the 20th, winning gold medals.
On the other hand, Kim Chung Ryol came third in the Greco-Roman 55-kilogram event of the U-23 wrestling.
