35th Plenary Meeting of 14th DPRK SPA Standing Committee held
  The 35th Plenary Meeting of the 14th Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea was held at the Mansudae Assembly Hall in Pyongyang on the 29th.
  Choe Ryong Hae, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and First Vice-President of the State Affairs Commission and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, presided over the plenary meeting.
  Present at the plenary meeting were vice-chairpersons and members of the Standing Committee of the SPA.
  Also on hand as observers were officials concerned of the Standing Committee of the SPA, the Secretariat of the Cabinet, ministries and national agencies.
  The plenary meeting presented as agenda items the deliberation and adoption of the DPRK Law on Labour Management, Law on Prevention of Soil Pollution and Law on the Wonsan Kalma Coastal Tourist Special Zone, and the recall and election of judge of the Supreme Court and people's assessors.
  There was a report on the main contents of the relevant draft bills deliberated at the Legislation Committee of the SPA.
  The decrees of the Standing Committee of the SPA "On Adopting the DPRK Law on Labour Management", "On Adopting the DPRK Law on Prevention of Soil Pollution" and "On Adopting the DPRK Law on the Wonsan Kalma Coastal Tourist Special Zone" were adopted with unanimous approval on the basis of the study and discussion on the bills presented.
  The plenary meeting recalled and elected judge of the Supreme Court of the DPRK and people's assessors.
