Hundreds of students of graduating classes of senior middle schools in city of Pyongyang volunteer to join army
  More than 300 students of graduating classes of senior middle schools in the city of Pyongyang volunteered to join the army and serve at the forefront border posts.
  A meeting was held at the Pyongyang City Youth Park Open-Air Theatre on the 26th to congratulate the volunteers leaving for the forefront posts, regarding national defence as the greatest expression of patriotism, the most sacred duty and the primary mission.
  A congratulatory address was made at the meeting.
  The speaker said it is the greatest honour and pride of the young people in our era to enjoy a worthwhile life as soldiers in their youth and requested the volunteers to adorn every moment of their military service with feats of loyalty and patriotism.
  Then, there were speeches of volunteers.
  The speakers expressed their resolve to reliably defend peace and security of this land from aggression and challenges of the enemy on the forefront.
  Hero of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Ho Ryong, Lecturer of the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum, handed over the national flag of the DPRK to the volunteers.
