Regional-industry factories strive for normalized operation and quality improvement
  Active efforts are made at the regional-industry factories built in 20 cities and counties as the first entities of regional rejuvenation to normalize the production by raising the level of scientific management and further improve the quality of products.
  Active technical guidance is given on the spot by teachers, researchers and skilled workers of institutions and industrial establishments in the capital city including the State Academy of Sciences, the Food and Consumer Goods Institute under the Ministry of Local Industry, Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of Technology, the Pyongyang Han Tok Su University of Light Industry and the Kumsong Foodstuff Factory.
  In close contact with them, the city and county foodstuff factories are intensifying sci-tech lectures and passing-on-techniques for their employees and raising the quality of products to be as good as those produced in the capital city.
